忙碌之中難以抽空寫詳文，這是輕食blog誕生之因由。不過自重整之後，我認為是應該放更多心機照顧這私家後花園。為表誠意，以後輕食blog專欄會盡量中英對照。其一原因是發現原來睇番stat發現這後花園還蠻多海外觀眾的。（多謝捧場~~~~灑花）其二當然是訓練一下我的爛英文......日常少用，不多操練會生疏。有任何錯處請各位無私指點！
It's been a busy week recently that I dun have spare time to write some details blog post. And that's the reason why the idea of "light blog" came out. However, I think it's an opportunity for me to put more effort here after the revamp of this blog, as my private secret garden. To show my sincerity, the column "light blog" will be written in bilingual. The first reason is that I found out there are quite a lot foreign readers here from the blog statistics. (Thanks for your support!!!!) The second reason is that I have to strengthen my language skill. There are rare opportunities for me to practice English in daily life so I have to make it by myself. Please feel free to point out the mistake I made!
好了！重整後首登場的是Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer 防曬護唇膏。這是舊版的，從PR那邊得來。如果不是PR相送，還真不會突然在drugstore買Neutrogena的唇部產品。理由當然是drugstore brand有太多lip-oriented brand了~很難在其中轉移視線到躺在一旁的Neutrogena。新版長這樣子。
So we have Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer SPF15 here as our first product review after the revamp. Mine is the old version of this lip moisturizer. And this is gifted by Neutrogena PR. I will never buy a Neutrogena lip product if they dun give it to me. You know there are loads of drugstore brand offering lip product with pretty price. It's hard to be distracted to Neutrogena one. And here we go the image of new version one.

這lip balm賣點是SPF15以及PABA-FREE。對我來說這兩點確加分不少。大家都知道陽光對皮膚的傷害有長期亦有短期，嘴唇也是肌膚一部分，實在不由得閒置不處理。
另外，PABA是甚麼呢？全名為para-Aminobenzoic Acid。是一種提煉石油的副產品，也可以在複合維他命B群裡找到。可以抵抗UVB，防止sun burn，但對防止UVA無效，就是說無效防止skin cancer。另外有研究指出PABA可能引發photo-allergic（光敏感）。這方面未有concrete evidence不過亦足以令大部分生產商捨棄它。因為其極防水，游水都不脫落，又易依附在衣物上，等種種原因導致其消失於化妝品舞台上。
The selling points of this lip balm are SPF15 and PABA-FREE. Marks added for me. You know Sun light is a big harm to skin no matter in short-term or long-term. Lip is also part of the skin and we can never ignore it.
On the other hand, what is PABA? PABA is actually para-Aminobenzoic Acid. It is a by-product in the petroleum extraction process and it can also be found in vitamin B complex. PABA can absorb UVB so as to prevent from sun burn while it cannot against UVA. So it means it cannot prevent from skin cancer. Besides, medical research points out PABA may lead to photo-allergic but there is no concrete evidence in proving this hypothesis. Although no concrete evidence, many cosmetics manufacturer have given up using PABA because of other reason. PABA is highly water-proof and slightly soluble in water. It is hardly removed from skin even you go swimming with it. And it can stain clothes easily. All these reasons lead to the vanish of PABA in cosmetics ingredient world.
最後我竟把它用光了。um......怎說呢？第一，是我愛的chopstick form, 就是枝裝固體。我不喜歡用jelly or oil。盒裝的帶出街補又麻煩，最方便討喜的就是chopstick。第二，non-waxy formula不會太黏膩。最憎"lup痴痴"！
Finally, I have used it up! Which is out of my expectation. Um......how to say it? First, I like lip balm in chopstick form, that means thin in shape and solid state. I dislike jelly an oil state lip moisturizer. For lip balm in jar, they are good but inconvenient to use when I am outside home. My favourite is chopstick! Second, the non-waxy formula of this lip moisturizer prevent from sticky problem which is a bonus to me!
不過
不潤就是了。只能夠是一條臨時救命補補的lip balm，不要祈求有任何深層滋潤的效果。要潤我寧願買Vaseline Aloe Vera Lip Therapy大大罐。我從頭到尾只當它是一條唇部防曬而以，不是一條滋潤嘴唇的產品，所以沒有太大的落差感。
But
It's not nourishing......It's just can be a SOS emergency lip balm. There is no any deep moisturizing effect can be brought by this product. I would rather bought a big jar of Vaseline Aloe Vera Lip Therapy. I treat it as a lip sunscreen instead of a lip moisturizer started from the very beginning. Thus, there is no big gap between its performance and my expectation.
